The Impact You'll Make in this Role As an Advanced Wound Care Segment Marketing Manager - South Cluster (Chile, Argentina, Uruguay & Paraguay) , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading the development and execution of the South Cluster marketing strategy, translating global portfolio strategies into locally relevant plans that drive business growth across Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Implementing portfolio commercialization, new product introductions, pricing strategies and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) portfolio reviews while ensuring alignment with global and area priorities. Driving cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Channel Teams, Clinical Specialists, Medical Affairs and Global Portfolio teams to maximize market penetration and portfolio performance. Managing pricing governance, marketing budgets and merchandising initiatives to support profitable growth and commercial excellence across the cluster. Leading and developing the local marketing team by establishing clear priorities, fostering collaboration and strengthening capabilities in portfolio management, pricing and execution. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 5 years of healthcare marketing experience with demonstrated success delivering business results. Proficiency in English. Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, portfolio management and commercialization initiatives. Experience translating global business strategies into locally adapted marketing plans. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline from an accredited institution. Experience in Advanced Wound Care marketing. Experience working with global and regional teams in a matrix organization. Previous people leadership experience with demonstrated success developing high-performing teams. Strong strategic thinking, resilience, execution discipline and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication, analytical and strategic pricing skills. Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrix organization. Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job duties allow for some remote work but require regular engagement with local teams and customers.) Travel: May include up to 30% domestic and international travel.
