Due to continued growth, we are hiring a new Professional Services Engineer to work for our cybersecurity consultancy practice, where you can focus on the deployment of related technologies and develop in to a Technical Consultant role. What will you be doing? Deliver complex technical implementations for customer projects, acting as a delivery subject matter expert Lead the implementation of agreed technical designs produced by Solution Architects and Technical Consultants Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and solution quality Work closely with Project Managers to meet agreed milestones, timelines, and delivery standards Deliver technical knowledge‑transfer workshops and handover sessions to customers Produce high‑quality post‑delivery and technical documentation Build and maintain strong working knowledge of all products and solutions across the practice Why should you apply? The right person for this role will be a Support Analyst or Engineer currently working with Microsoft cloud and security technologies, who is ready to step into a delivery‑focused professional services role. You will already be troubleshooting customer environments, deploying Microsoft security solutions, and working closely with customers, with the confidence to take ownership of technical delivery and develop towards a Technical Consultant role. Key Skills & Experience: Experience working as a Support Analyst or Engineer, with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud and security technologies, including Exchange Online, Entra ID (cloud and hybrid), and Azure Hands‑on experience with Microsoft identity and access security services, including Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, and identity protection Experience deploying and supporting Microsoft XDR solutions, including Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, and Office 365 Strong technical documentation and post‑delivery reporting skills Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset Strong problem‑solving ability, with a positive, resilient, and adaptable approach Desire for continuous improvement and learning across security technologies Desirable Experience Microsoft Information Protection and Purview (DLP, Data Lifecycle Management) Email security solutions such as Defender for Office 365, Mimecast, or Barracuda SIEM platforms including Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or LogRhythm Endpoint pr
