About the role

As Sales Director - Utilities, you will take ownership of the Utilities vertical, combining strategic leadership with hands-on commercial delivery. Requirements

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and deal negotiation skills
  • Desirable:
  • Deep knowledge of the UK Utilities sector and regulatory landscape
  • Experience across Transmission, Distribution, Renewables, or Energy networks
  • Understanding of network/telecom solutions (fibre, ethernet, managed services)
  • Strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset
