JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES): Perform day-to-day quantity surveying activities, including correspondence, notifications, and maintenance of contract records and documentation. Prepare and submit interim payment applications in a timely manner, monitor payment status, and assist with the resolution of payment disputes. Identify, prepare, and submit variations, ensuring timely valuation, negotiation, and agreement with clients or main contractors. Draft contractual letters and notices in accordance with contract requirements and timelines. Assist in the preparation and submission of claims for extension of time (EOT), disruption, and additional costs, including supporting documentation. Work closely with site and project teams. Autonomous, skilled in quantity surveying, and capable of communicating information effectively. Requirement : Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Civil and Material Engineering and related academics are acceptable. 4 years working experience. Responsible, positive work attitude, able to work independently, meticulous, good writing skill will be an added advantage. Singaporean only, as the company does not have sufficient quota to hire foreign employees.
