About the role
The Job: Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, performance management and employee engagement. Partner with business leaders to support manpower planning and provide HR advisory. Develop and implement HR policies, practices and initiatives aligned with business needs. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Able to lead, coach and develop a team. Resourceful, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities with integrity and professionalism.
