Manager, Human Resource (1 year contract)

About the role

The Job: Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, performance management and employee engagement. Partner with business leaders to support manpower planning and provide HR advisory. Develop and implement HR policies, practices and initiatives aligned with business needs. Lead, coach and develop the HR team to deliver quality HR services. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and HR best practices. Optimise the use of government grants and schemes to support workforce development. Oversee the security team and outsourced security providers to ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs. The Person: Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline. At least 5 years of HR generalist experience in an organisation with 100 or more employees. Certified HR Practitioner (IHRP/SHRI or equivalent) is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Able to lead, coach and develop a team. Resourceful, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities with integrity and professionalism.
