Compensation Range: $185,000 - 215,000 USD Compensation Disclaimer: The salary range listed reflects the base pay for this role at Altus Group and is provided where required by local regulations. Who we need Reporting to the Head of the Client Enablement Group, we are hiring a Technical Manager to lead a highly specialized development function supporting global enterprise clients using ARGUS and Altus Software solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people leadership, AI-first engineering, client delivery, and technical architecture. You will oversee a team of senior developers across North America and India while partnering closely with Architecture, Security, Product, and Client Success teams to design and deliver scalable integration solutions, custom tools, reporting capabilities, and automation workflows for some of the world's largest real estate investors, banks, and financial institutions. This is a remote position with the expectation that you can attend in-person meetings and team gatherings at one of our North American offices as required.
