You will join our payroll team and play a key role in strengthening our internal payroll expertise while helping us build clear, scalable processes across multiple locations. Challenges that await you: Manage payroll for 130-180 employees in Cyprus using a specialized payroll system Calculate taxes and social contributions accurately Prepare and submit payroll and tax declarations on time Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, deductions, and payments, explaining complex cases in a simple and clear way Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including People Partners and Recruiters, on non-standard payroll cases (contract changes, bonuses, relocations, part-time work, start/end dates, etc.) Manage processes with external providers: oversee employee assistance with individual tax declarations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
