Performance & Reporting Analytics Manager

About the role

As the Performance Reporting & Analytics Senior Finance Partner, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of global performance reporting, analytics, and insights for various stakeholders. You will help to drive reporting strategy and works cross-functionally with global Category teams, operational units (OUs), and enterprise-functions, translating complex data challenges into actionable strategic insights to grow Haleon business. The role leads a small, high‑impact team and works as a trusted partner to Categories, OUs, Finance, HET, directly reporting performance and providing analytics ensuring clear understanding by the stakeholders. The role plays a critical role in ensuring Haleon remains future‑fit, technology enabled, and insight‑anchored.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to the stakeholders providing insight to drive profitable growth.
• Provide ad hoc performance analysis on strategic themes, supporting Categories and HET.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable outputs for senior stakeholders and support the deployment of those strategic market insights across global categories and operating units.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions, including standardised templates, decks, and visualisation capabilities, to improve insight accessibility and consistency.
• Ensure all reporting outputs meet high standards of accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance, balancing speed of delivery with analytical rigour.
• Support the promotion of automated reporting tools and making recommendations on where existing reports can be updated and optimised, and where new features and functionalities can be built into new reports.
• Collaborate with other analytics teams (e.g. FP&A, CBIA) to ensure consistency of reporting and analyses across the business, promoting a 'one version of the truth' approach for consistent and accurate messages and recommendations to Senior Stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance Transformation and Tech to drive fit for purpose technology enablement of analytics.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, setting clear direction, priorities, and development pathways.
• Build broader organisational capability by educating stakeholders about insights.
• Qualifications and skills
• Essential
• 10+ years of demonstrable experience in business intelligence, or market data analysis within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and familiarity with modern data technologies & reporting tools like Power BI.
• Ability to clearly present complex data insights, generate and deliver actionable insights.
• Experience in communication and messaging tailored to a senior audience, demonstrating the ability to convey clear story and influence.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and skilled in collaborating within fast-paced, matrixed organizations, building effective relationships and influencing decision-makers across diverse geographies and functions.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different functions and geographies, fostering a shared understanding.
• A self-starter who can anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
