Responsibilities
- Review and update quality control (QC) procedures according to the project Quality Assurance Plan to ensure compliance and effectiveness

- Monitor project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify deviations, coordinate root cause analysis with subcontractors, and report findings to the QAQC manager
- Coordinate with discipline engineers, subcontractors, clients, and third-party inspectors to ensure all project quality requirements are fulfilled
- Assist in preparing mechanical completion documents prior to commissioning to confirm readiness
- Contribute to preparing the Turn-over Package (TOP) at project completion to ensure comprehensive project handover
- Required competencies and certifications
- Degree or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil quality control inspection for construction projects in Singapore
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and standards including BS EN, SS, and ASTM
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on-site safely and effectively
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with the CONQUAS quality assessment process

- Overtime and night shifts may be required to meet project demands
