What You Will Do as an Inventory Clerk: The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods within the facility. This role involves receiving, counting, storing, and tracking inventory while supporting fit center operations to ensure student uniform allotments are complete. How You Will Make a Difference: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments compared to internal reporting and packing lists. Accurately count, record, and update inventory transactions in Excel and company inventory management system. Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Label, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations. Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overages, or damaged goods. Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation. Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping as needed. Assist with student classes as needed. Operate fit center equipment including pallet jack for unloading inventory and dolly. Drive company box truck for picking up and delivering palleted shipments. Other duties as assigned by supervisor to support the team. Skills for Success: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must have a valid driver's license. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
