Outbound Call Associate - Proactive contact and engage customers to gather critical information through survey activities - Meet and achieve the individual and company's key performance indicators - Acquire a strong knowledge of the products and services, culture and processes - Provide quality customer service and prompt follow-up to customers over the phone and/or email - Listen to customers' needs, probe to redirect to the intent of the question and offer alternative solution - Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate issues promptly - Submit regular reports to Team Lead and propose new ideas and strategies to improve work performance - Other duties as assigned by Team Lead and/or Branch Head
