A role you will love The Supervisor is primarily responsible for handling more complex tasks and auditing basic operation tasks done by Client Service Associate and Senior Client Service Associate. You will also assist team leaders with supervising and training CSAs and SCSAs, therefore beginning to gain exposure in team management and leadership responsibilities. Some other key accountabilities will include: Carry out more complex plan admin duties in a timely manner and with accuracy, namely - Responding to internal/external ad-hoc clients request (more advanced level and difficult routine questions) - Plan sponsor communications (routine and ad-hoc tasks) - Employee communications (ad-hoc/difficult request) - Non-standard trade orders management (manual offline) - Data management (large volume with complex process) - Website management Follow direct reporting manager's instruction with updating procedure documents and checklists. Manage external client projects and internal UATs. Follow direct reporting manager's instruction to conduct auditing of CSAs and SCSAs' work and fulfil the required supervising responsibilities. Follow direct reporting manager's instruction to provide relevant trainings to SCSAs and CSAs; Also Host Onsite training sessions (in Mandarin) to participants. Follow direct reporting manager's instruction to monitor performance of SCSAs and CSAs and provide regular feedback to direct reporting manager at catch-up sessions. What will you bring to the role? To be successful as a client service supervisor, you will have excellent operation service and interpersonal skills. You will be passionate about the development of your team by providing guidance and coaching support. Some other key skills required for the role: About 3 years of data processing or operation service experience in Financial Service industry. Customer focused with excellent communications skills. Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated and has a strong sense of responsibility. Demonstrate initiative, organizational and time management skills.
