About the role
As our Sales Development Representative at Red Points, you will be in charge of attracting new potential customers in buying our solution. Your job will be to make the initial contact, educate the customer on our capabilities, and get them excited with the final goal of arranging qualified meetings. As an SDR, you are energetic, motivated, and articulate. You're a tenacious hunter. Intelligent, quick-witted, and persistent, you understand how to quickly match a customer's needs with a product's value proposition. You take ownership of every opportunity to engage a new prospect. Requirements & Skills 2+ years of working experience in a similar role (inside sales representative, sales executive, etc) A fearless approach to outbound prospecting with strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey them over the phone Ability to conceptualize and convey RedPoint's solution in a clear and concise manner. Ability to thrive in a startup environment-moves quickly, think strategically, and is good at tactical execution Passion for technology Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Fluent/Native level English Proven successful track record of crushing quotas. Nice to have - They're not necessary, but a plus! Proven experience working for SaaS, Digital, or tech/software industry Any other native-level European language is a plus!
