BIM Modeller

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for structural concrete components.
• Prepare shop drawings and model-based documentation for project use.
• Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings for modelling requirements.
• Incorporate key details such as reinforcement, openings, recesses, cast-in items, and lifting provisions.
• Support BIM coordination and clash-checking activities.
• Identify drawing discrepancies and raise clarifications where required.
• Update models and drawings based on comments, coordination outcomes, and project changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams on drawing standards, submissions, and approved drawing issuance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Building, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Tekla Structures and AutoCAD; experience in concrete component modelling or shop drawing preparation.
