- Mentor/coach colleagues on the deal team on financial topics and set a high bar for analytical rigor, integrity, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline), or equivalent relevant experience.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in investment banking, strategic finance, corporate development, or consulting, with meaningful exposure to transaction execution and valuation.
- Strong working knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles; experience partnering with Technical Accounting/Tax/Legal on deal structures preferred.
- Healthcare experience preferred; Animal Health experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills & Capabilities:
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capability; able to translate complexity into clear decision points.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking, with consistently sound judgment and high integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diligence and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills (PowerPoint, Excel, and verbal), including the ability to communicate a "financial thesis" to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized; comfortable managing multiple concurrent, ambiguous, and fast-moving projects.

This role leads the development of rigorous financial models and investment analyses that support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of external business development opportunities, including acquisitions, in-licensing, joint ventures, commercial distribution arrangements, divestitures, and minority investments.
