Job Description As a People & Culture (HR) intern in Inter IKEA Systems BV, you will: Gain knowledge and experience in People & Culture (P&C) areas such as recruitment, labour law, internal communication, administration, and about the retail industry in order to grow personally and professionally. Support with daily operations and administrative tasks Support in developing people-related trainings. Help harmonize processes in order to provide a more streamlined experience. Perform tasks flexibly, prioritizing when necessary and working proactively to ensure completion of projects. Bring new perspectives to the table by applying creative thinking in a problem solving mindset. Take on tasks or participate in other job assignments within the P&C team.
