Production Technician ( Technician Support Scheme for ITE Graduate only)

Responsibilities

• Set up machines accurately during changeover of machine parts to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow
• Produce quality output that meets specified production requirements and standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting production to maintain continuous operation
• Report quality or technical issues promptly to the team leader for timely resolution
• Ensure assigned machines are fully utilized to optimize production efficiency
• Record daily production output data accurately and submit reports to the team leader
• Collaborate effectively with process engineers on product evaluation and resolve related technical issues
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Minimum Higher Nitec/Nitec in Engineering or equivalent technical education
• Fresh ITE graduates are welcome to apply
• Demonstrate a strong learning mindset to quickly acquire new skills and knowledge
• Exhibit good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively within the team
• Apply problem-solving skills, including numerical aptitude, to address production challenges
• Work cooperatively as a team player to support collective goals
