Department Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Establishes relationships with providers within the department and across the state to enhance the department's reputation, improve faculty retention, and support financial growth.
• Manages the department's business development, training, and mentoring programs.
• Manages various projects aligned with the department's annual and long-term strategic plans.
• Serves as a departmental liaison to other departments, institutional leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Assists with faculty recruitment, onboarding, and engagement in provider networks.
• Supports medical student recruitment and coordinates outreach events for prospective residents.

Education & Experience Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree and two (2) of experience in business development, physician engagement, sales, or healthcare operations. Certifications, Licenses, or Registration Required: N/A Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Possesses strong organizational skills, a demonstrated ability to strengthen relationships with business partners, comprehensive analytical capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experienced in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, providing human capital leadership, and consistently achieving success while working independently.
