Under limed supervision, helps maintain inventory levels and product quality by performing essential clerical functions, including records compilation and retention, computer updates and requisition preparation. This provides the division with up-to-date inventory records to ensure efficient shipping and a high confidence in customer product. May be responsible for training and directing work of others. This role may also receive overtime compensation. Work Schedule: -Monday - Friday: 7am - 3pm ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Each item should account for 10% or more) Updates and maintains electron inventory records Assists in inventory and procedural audits Prepares daily inventory reports using Excel and other electron inventory systems Proof of Delivery (POD) research and reporting Provides general and recall back-up support for Inventory Manager Processes product returns Performs other clerical duties as necessary
