- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field - and in your final year of study

- Structured and analytical mindset - comfortable working with data to identify opportunities and support recommendations
- Curious and proactive - excited to explore new ideas and work through ambiguity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) - essential for working with our international teams; German is a strong plus for engaging with local partners
- Ability to work on-site / in office as part of the team in Berlin
- Eligible to work part-time (20 hrs/week) under German employment regulations
