About The Role. The EHR Integration Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the team during implementations of Murj's EHR integrations, along with helping to support Murj's live integrations by triaging and resolving production support tickets.To accomplish these objectives, this position works closely with our Integration Specialists and Production Support Specialists to support ongoing integration projects and initiatives. This role also works closely with the software development and product teams to build a scalable technology and process that will support and elevate the growth of Murj. In this role, you should be comfortable working independently, and taking the initiative to identify and address work needed but not necessarily assigned. What You'll Do. Triage and/or resolve customer production support tickets for our live integrations. Coordinate testing of the integration solution during ongoing implementation projects; executing integration test plans. Assess customer requirements and document business integration workflow. Proactively work with customer and internal counterparts to remove any project blockers and keep projects on track for targeted delivery. Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle. Create and maintain documentation pertaining to integration best practices and workflow recommendations. Build solid customer relationships with all stakeholders. What Makes You a Great Fit. You are a natural problem-solver who doesn't wait for a manual.
