Assist salesperson with administrative tasks such as preparation of work orders, scanning of drawings, sample coordination & etc. Coordinate with customers regarding measurements& installation schedules. Maintain customer records and sales documentation. Follow-up with daily orders and coordinate with sales and operation team. Track operation tasks. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after sales service request (if any). Ensure timely communication between customers, production team and installers. Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by the Management.
