Position Overview - Must be licensed in OH (Remote) As a Registered Dietitian, you will have the opportunity to oversee and provide optimal nutrition therapy to a case load of clients. You will develop care plans by conducting nutrition assessments, monitoring on-going medical conditions, and through collaboration with the other members of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will work directly with patients and their families providing support and nutritional education. Schedule: Full-time,40 hours/week Monday-Thursday, end times 8:30pm EST Adult IOP Program Compensation Disclosure: Registered Dietitian: Starting hourly range between $29.00-35.00 Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position How Registered Dietitians Empower Recovery: Conducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with all regulatory standard Provides individualized nutrition therapy to all assigned patients. Conducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with all regulatory standards. Provides group nutrition education as assigned. Supports plating and provides active meal coaching/support for clients in Therapeutic Supported Meals as assigned. Contributes to multidisciplinary case conceptualization and treatment planning. Provides nutrition specific transition/aftercare planning for all patients including communication with internal and external dietitians to ensure coordination of care. Documents all nutrition care in a clear, concise, and professional manner using the EHR, in compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory standards.
