About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain personnel files and HR systems
  • Process and verify payroll mutations accurately
  • Coordinate sickness absence cases and liaise with the occupational health service
  • Support recruitment and selection processes, including vacancy management and interview planning
  • Support onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding processes
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and managers
  • Prepare HR reports and identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements

  • Required:
  • MBO level 4 diploma in HR or a related field
  • HBO level of thinking and working
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labour law, and social legislation
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Preferred:
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role
  • Experience within a technical, production, or international environment
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
  • Proactive mindset and a hands-on, no-nonsense attitude

  • Competitive salary within scale G8 (€3,570 - €4,807 gross per month based on full-time employment)
