Nosso time Financeiro: Faturamento O Analista garante a execução correta e dentro dos prazos dos processos de faturamento, assegurando a conformidade fiscal, a qualidade das informações e dá suporte as demandas da área. Quais são as responsabilidades da posição: Cumprir prazos de faturamento com precisão e qualidade. Assegurar conformidade com normas fiscais e procedimentos internos. Manter a organização e confiabilidade das informações e documentos. Atuar com agilidade na resolução de pendências e suporte as áreas. Emitir e conferir notas fiscais e documentos relacionados Validar informações cadastrais e particularidades especificas de cada cliente Realizar correções, cancelamentos e tratativas de inconsistências Controlar documentos e apoiar demandas fiscais e operacionais Elaborar controles e relatórios de acompanhamento do faturamento Precisamos de alguém com: Vivência na área de faturamento, emissão e conferência de notas fiscais. Conhecimento básico em rotinas fiscais e tributarias. Conhecimento em EXCEL e Pacote Office. Graduação relacionada a área: Cursando ou Concluído. Disponibilidade para trabalhar de forma presencial próximo ao Metrô Vergueiro - São Paulo.
