Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Professional Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in structural engineering
• Strong proficiency in Revit and structural analysis/design software
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide technical guidance to team members
• Deliver timely, reliable, and courteous service

You will provide hands-on technical leadership, act as a key resource for project teams, and collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will contribute to project planning and decision-making, mentor and develop engineering staff, and support Ware Malcomb's quality standards and design culture. This is a full-time, long-term position.
