Responsibilities

- Education, Personality and skills
- An engineering degree is required, preferably Master level or equivalent in experience.
- Ability to naturally lead and empower a team, strong communication skills across different levels of our organization.
- An individual who feels that safety and quality is of paramount importance.
- The motivation to learn in this field of expertise is fundamental. Technical knowledge of Device assembly and secondary Packaging as well as regulatory requirements and industry guidelines, specific to the pharmaceutical industry, is a plus.
