Responsibilities

  • Design T-cell engagers and execute their development and optimization campaigns.
  • Work with internal and external team on antibody discovery, characterization, and production.

Requirements

  • 5+ years industry experience leading the design, production, and developability optimization of multi-specific antibodies.
  • Experience with antibody discovery/engineering using phage/yeast display is a plus.
  • Experience with in vitro functional studies of multi-specific antibodies is a plus.
  • Experience working with CROs is plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, take initiative, and drive projects forward independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

Benefits

$100,000 - $160,000 (depending on the depth of expertise) + 10% performance bonus + equity.We will also consider a Principal Scientist with proven technical expertise plus cross-functional project leadership.
