The main purpose of this role is to lead and support the Process Engineering function, helping the team deliver effective day-to-day operations while improving processes, increasing capacity and supporting Apollo's strategic growth. In this role, you will: Lead, support and develop the Process Engineering team, helping colleagues understand priorities and work towards shared objectives Identify, plan and deliver continuous improvement projects that help improve manufacturing performance, efficiency and cost effectiveness Support good process governance, including clear procedures, effective change management and successful delivery of New Product Development/Introduction activity, including FAT/SAT validation Monitor and improve manufacturing capacity through data analysis, time studies, and system optimisation. Work with colleagues across manufacturing and leadership teams to support operational excellence, business performance and future growth
