Laboratory Technician

About the role

As a Laboratory Technician, you will support daily laboratory and testing activities for strip products and help ensure reliable test results in line with established procedures and quality standards. Your work will contribute to continuous development in materials technology and product performance. Handle daily laboratory work for strip products, including sample preparation Perform hardness testing and microstructure analysis Operate SEM equipment and carry out salty spray tests Conduct daily testing on the dynamic test platform Assist in managing laboratory equipment Record test results and support routine laboratory procedures Carry out other testing tasks assigned by the manager when needed About you You have a college degree or above in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and you bring strong practical ability to your work. You work well with others, value team spirit, and are comfortable using office software in your daily tasks. Experience from laboratory work is an advantage and will help you contribute quickly in this junior role. Since the work includes routine testing and equipment-related activities, you should be able to follow established procedures carefully and maintain a structured way of working. The role also requires shift work and overtime when needed. To perform the job requirements, you need normal vision, with uncorrected or corrected visual acuity of 5.0 or above in one or both eyes, and no color weakness or color blindness.
