Execute project management activities, including regular project meetings, risk assessments, release gate preparations, and related governance tasks. Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders and management through presentations and status reports. Schedule and facilitate stakeholder review meetings to ensure alignment and decision-making. Create, maintain, and update project and process documentation. Prepare and deliver monthly project status reports. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines, milestones, and quality standards. Bachelor's in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field. Several years of professional experience in consulting or supply chain management Strategic thinker with a strong mindset for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Passion for and commitment to a vision of a digitalized, flexible, efficient, and AI-enabled Supply Chain of the future. Proven experience leading projects related to IT implementations and business transformation initiatives. Strong business expertise in planning processes and systems gained through project work and/or operational roles. Willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly as required. Demonstrated initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and international teams. Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
