To lead operational staff and prepare plans and procedures for daily operation To deal with internal and external parties on operation, interfacing issues. To identify energy saving opportunities for the existing district cooling system and facilities Prepare plans and procedures for maintenance works in a district cooling plant Plant, lead and supervise a team of in-house technicians and subcontractors for routine maintenance works Monitor equipment status, respond to equipment fault, prepare reports and records for maintenance works Plan and monitor tools and spare parts stock level Improve health and safety policies and procedures Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage Good interpersonal and communication skills Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese At least 5 years' solid working experience in building services installation and maintenance works of MVAC & electrical system Able to lead a team of technicians for different maintenance tasks Able to work independently, self-motivated result-oriented and with strong sense of responsibility Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent
