Job's mission The Specialist I/II, Operations Intelligence, Decision Intelligence supports analytical modeling, KPI reporting, and data exploration to improve operational insights and decision-making. The role contributes to the translation of business data into actionable intelligence for operations and supply chain teams. What you will be working on Analyze large operational and supply chain datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to support KPI tracking and decision-making Build and support statistical and predictive models, including feature engineering and validation Perform data preprocessing, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data reliability and usability Define and standardize metrics, ensuring consistency and business relevance Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical problems and solutions Communicate insights clearly through data storytelling, visualizations, and structured analysis Support continuous improvement of data workflows, tools, and methodologies
