We will do our best to make this possible. We are looking for a visionary and driven Senior Creator Marketing Manager (all genders) to join our dynamic, 14-person Social Media team. In this role, you won't just execute standard campaigns, you will be the creative mastermind behind our creator and UGC strategies across the DACH region and our international markets. If you love pitching bold ideas, collaborating with top-tier beauty brands, and taking full ownership of campaigns in a fast-paced, highly diverse environment, this is your chance to make a real impact. Your Role Run our creator and UGC campaigns from start to finish, driving content across multiple channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (with other platforms conceivable in the future). Shape our overall creator marketing strategy, focusing primarily on building brand awareness and driving user engagement. Develop creative campaign concepts and forecast budgets, confidently pitching your ideas to internal and external stakeholders. Work directly with major beauty brands and suppliers to execute co-branded creator initiatives. Actively research, evaluate, and negotiate with new creators from nano to macro, looking well beyond a fixed agency roster. Act as the central point of contact for creator marketing, collaborating closely with our Social Ad, PR, Retail Media, and Country Management teams. Manage creator guest lists and occasionally attend events or store openings to network offline and capture authentic testimonials. Your Profile You bring 3-5 years of experience in creator and influencer marketing, ideally gained in a fast-paced e-commerce or agency environment. You are a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills. You also have no problem presenting strategies and defending budgets to senior management. Stay on top of major social media platforms and keep a close eye on emerging Gen Z and Millennial content trends. Use data to inform decisions, leveraging influencer analytics tools and a strong understanding of key marketing and e-commerce KPIs. You are highly proactive and prefer to propose next steps yourself. You embrace trial-and-error and comfortably test new ideas independently. Develop creative campaign concepts while maintaining the project management and organizational skills needed to bring them to life. Work fluently in both German and English; additional language skills such as French or Polish are a plus. You are an empathetic, open-minded team player who thrives in a diverse environment. A genuine interest in the beauty sector is great to have.
