Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Education and Experience High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior administrative experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare industries is highly desirable.
  • Skills and Competencies Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
