- Lead product launches, relaunches, and market development initiatives
- Develop launch plans including customer sell-in, execution, and post-launch tracking
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage brand-related cost-saving initiatives
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Build strong working relationships with Sales, Trade Marketing, CMI, Global Brand Teams, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Ensure seamless day-to-day brand operations and alignment on key initiatives
- Manage relationships with external partners and agencies
- Qualifications & Experience
- Essential
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven ability in stakeholder and people management
- Preferred
- Experience in Beauty and Personal Care industry or related channels
- Experience in FMCG brand-building roles
