Responsibilities

  • Lead production team and manufacturing activities as Area Owner, including production planning, process troubleshooting, and quality control initiatives

  • Key Requirements
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or other relevant Engineering discipline
  • Proven experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in chemical or process plant industries
  • Strong background in production operations, including manpower planning and capacity optimisation
  • Experience in leading teams, driving performance, and handling operational challenges
  • Hands-on experience in process troubleshooting and material planning
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
