We are looking for a high-performing Senior DevOps Engineer to join our technology team, working across multiple enterprise customers to deploy our AI Co-Worker platform. This is a varied role combining hands-on infrastructure work with broader commercial and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive automation across our own infrastructure
• Work closely with large enterprise customers to deploy CI/CD pipelines at pace
• Support on-network deployments -- ensuring that customer data never leaves their enterprise network
• Work with containerized application deployments across single-tenant private cloud environments
• Collaborate with platform engineers, data scientists and product teams to roll out world-first multi-agent AI solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or related role
• Strong background and understanding of infrastructure, networking and security
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) -- we are infrastructure agnostic
• Experience in Terraform and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with on-network / single-tenant deployment models in regulated or enterprise environments
• Leadership oriented thinking, proactive problem-solving skills, impeccable attention to detail and integrity in your work ethic
• DevOps experience within an AI infrastructure environment
