Responsibilities

• The candidate will conduct research on our product, consumer and marketplace, and lead product creation workflow and data, maintain product tools and effectively collaborate across functional partners. You will deliver on key dates and hold yourself accountable to be a great teammate.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH You will work closely with your product management teammates as well as geo and global merchandising, sourcing, production art and development teams to manage the product creation process. You will also partner with Brand Marketing and Marketplace teams as needed to ensure communication across key product priorities and retail strategy for the most intuitive understanding of our product lines for both athlete and consumer. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a collaborative teammate with a history of excellence, strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail. You'll need strong organizational skills, a passion for crafting outstanding product and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. We are looking for someone who will partner effectively with diverse teams around the globe and across the Nike value chain. Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training 3+ years of validated experience in a relevant role Ability to prioritize across multiple simultaneous projects Passion for product Strong organizational skills Outstanding attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus Demonstrated history of excellence, curiosity and proactive problem solving Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations (in this role the biggest part of communication is listening) A perspective that enables strong differentiation calls Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
