Position Summary: The Parts Acquisition Specialist facilitates pulling required service parts and is expected to work with integrity, documenting and processing orders. The Parts Acquisition Specialist is also expected to develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of each part and effectively communicate requests. Duties / Responsibilities: - Maintaining inventory controls in office and warehouse environments. - Taking and logging parts orders for dealers and homeowners. - Reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull. - Reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct in the systems and that the correct parts were pulled. - Packaging and shipping parts to customers within 7 days. - Documenting and processing orders for shipment. - Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and transportation service to ensure accurate and timely delivery. - Filing paperwork on a regular, if not daily basis. - Communicate positively and frequently with customers to set delivery expectations. - Following up internally and externally until claim is resolved. - Creating individual processes to improve our customers' experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual processes from improved customer experience. - Other duties as assigned.
