Job Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound enquiries via calls, walk-ins and digital channels Build strong rapport with prospective parents and understand their childcare and educational needs Present and communicate the school's curriculum, programmes, learning outcomes and approach confidently and professionally Drive conversion of enquiries into centre visits and enrolments Conduct engaging centre tours for prospective parents Guide parents through the decision-making process Take ownership of enrolment follow-ups and closure activities Deliver a personalised and positive customer experience and build long-term relationships with parents Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and ensure timely follow-up on enquiries Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, visits and enrolment outcomes Job Requirements: Min.Diploma in any discipline Min. 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the Early Childhood Education industry Sales-driven, results-oriented and motivated by achieving targets Willing to work weekends when required to support parent visits (time-off will be provided on weekdays) Looking fora change or a new challenge?
