Ensure alignment with global safety frameworks and drive execution at regional and local levels. Job Responsibilities: Implement global safety policies and frameworks across Asia. Conduct accident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking. Strengthening safety governance, reporting, and compliance processes. Support subsidiaries in safety capability development and training programs. Monitor incident KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with headquarters and regional management on safety strategy. Ensure proper resource allocation and process effectiveness at site level.
