Sales Interior Designer

About the role

- Develop and produce AutoCAD drawings, detaileddrawings, and 3D renderings - Create and present interior design concepts,including materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings, while ensuringalignment with brand requirements and budgets. - Source and coordinate materials, suppliers, andcontractors to achieve cost-effective and high-quality project outcomes. - Conduct site inspections, monitor projectprogress, resolve defects/issues to ensure quality standards and project coordinationtimeline are met - Support design, material and finishes selectionbased on project direction - Collaborate closely with internal Sales Team /Project Coordinators to ensure timely drawing submission - Up to date on design trends and materials Preferred competencies andqualifications - Experience using AutoCAD or other designsoftware to produce detailed design drawings - Strong organizational skills to manage workefficiently and maintain orderly documentation - Good problem-solving skills to resolve customerissues calmly and effectively - Responsible and proactive approach with theability to follow standard operating procedures - Sales-driven mindset with interest or experiencein interior design
