Requirements

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone or onsite visits to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LG commercial laundry equipment.
  • Monitor Machine Performance:
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers regarding machine performance, report findings, and collaborate with the factory team to address areas for improvement.
  • Field Testing Support:
  • Work with customers to install and monitor test products, ensuring the product and quality meet customer expectations prior to launch. Visit site locations, report findings, track issues, and collaborate with the factory for improvements before launch .
  • Education / Experience:
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of commercial laundry equipment and systems, including troubleshooting and basic repair techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Quick thinking with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems under pressure.
  • Illinois resident preferred, but open to the right candidate regardless of location. When not traveling, work remotely.
  • Approximately 50% of travel is required to support customers onsite and deliver training.

  • $73,000 - $77,000 USD
