Role Overview We are looking for a full-time Lead Backend Software Engineer to help architect, build, and scale the core technology behind a modern ecommerce platform designed for premium customer experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is deeply effective, highly motivated, and excited by the opportunity to build something exceptional from an early stage. You should be the kind of engineer who moves fast without being reckless, cares about quality without getting stuck in perfectionism, and can turn ambiguous business goals into reliable, scalable systems. You will lead backend development across cloud infrastructure, APIs, data architecture, integrations, automation, and operational tooling. Our technology direction is centered on the Google Cloud ecosystem , and we are looking for someone who can use modern cloud-native tools intelligently while keeping the engineering approach practical, secure, and maintainable.
