Responsibilities

  • As an Advanced Practice Provider, Oncology , you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in collaboration with licensed physicians.
  • Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, billing practices, and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Provide clinical education or in-service training to staff as appropriate
  • Assist in the education of students, residents, and interns when applicable
  • Provide emergency care and initiate life-saving measures, including BLS/CPR and ACLS
  • Deliver care at affiliated off-site locations, including hospitals
  • Participate in the development of clinical policies and procedures as requested
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • What We Expect From You
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current and unrestricted New Jersey license
  • Required certifications, including BLS; ACLS may be required
  • Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to solve practical problems and make sound clinical decisions
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, and schedule-based instructions
  • Computer Skills:
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical information systems
  • Physical Demands
