The Department invites applications from highly motivated candidates for a Full-time (52-week appointment) non-tenure track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Clinical Professor with an anticipated start date of July 2026, or until the position is filled. This position will be campus-based with an emphasis in integrated skills-focused lab instruction including simulation and interprofessional education and is not affiliated with an appointment at an external clinical site.
Requirements
- Terminal degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Licensed to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts by appointment start date
- Evidence of teaching excellence and commitment to supporting students
- Candidates with expertise in high-fidelity simulation, interprofessional, and experiential educational models are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Additional expertise in artificial intelligence, data analytics, operations management including course coordination/teaching within lab, and pharmacy leadership is welcomed.
- Candidates seeking appointment at the Associate level should have a minimum of 5 years of academic or related experience with evidence of leadership and scholarly
