About the role

Development & Technical Advisory Delivery Lead and contribute to development feasibility studies for new and evolving data centre assets. Undertake and manage asset condition surveys and technical due diligence assignments. Provide technical and development-led input into option studies, risk assessments, and development strategies. Integrated Advisory Oversight Provide end-to-end advisory support across both Development Advisory (technical services) and Advisory & Transactions business within the DCG. Collaborate closely with the Head of Development Advisory and Head of Research & Consulting to ensure consistent, high-quality advisory delivery across the APAC portfolio. Apply pragmatic, development-led judgment to client engagements spanning feasibility, due diligence, and strategic advisory projects. Bids & Proposals Leadership Take ownership of the preparation, review, and submission of bids and proposals for both Advisory (consulting) and Development Advisory assignments. Ensure proposals are commercially and technically credible, aligned with client expectations, and reflect the DCG service offerings. Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, craft winning strategies, and maintain strong client relationships. Support to Head of Technical Advisory Act as a trusted sounding board on technical, commercial, and delivery-related decisions. Take ownership of defined advisory workstreams to support day-to-day management of the business line. Support coordination across geographies, disciplines, and project teams. Represent the technical advisory function in internal and external discussions as required. Business Growth & Market Support Support business planning and service line development activities. Contribute to client presentations where technical and advisory credibility is required. Support client engagement and relationship development alongside senior leadership. Provide input into market strategy and service offering evolution as the advisory function grows. About You: Degree holder in Engineering disciplines Minimum 5 years experience in Data Centre or Critical Infrastructure industry Strong understanding of data centre development processes and full asset lifecycles. Background may include consultancy, client-side roles, site selection, development advisory, or construction. Demonstrated experience in feasibility studies, due diligence, and development advisory engagements. Ability to operate effectively in early-stage, ambiguous, and evolving environments. High level of commercial acumen with confidence in client-facing engagements. Pragmatic, development-led approach to technical advisory. Structural engineering background
