About the role

[What the role is] The incumbent will support philanthropic policy formulation through data analysis, dashboard creation, and sectoral research; and facilitate decision-making with timely insights, identify process improvements, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for Community Chest. [What you will be working on] Support the formulation and execution of philanthropic-related policies, strategies and messaging through better structuring of data and dashboards, and environmental scanning and sectoral research, to identify emerging trends and build competitive value propositions for Community Chest Facilitate informed decision making by providing timely data analysis and insights to the Management Identify process improvement opportunities and work across team to implement solutions for enhanced service delivery and internal processes [What we are looking for] Personal Competencies: Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail Excellent problem-solving abilities and systematic thinking Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data quality issues Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Possess interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and collaboratively Skills Required: Advanced aptitude in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency in programming software, e.g. Python Strong analytical skills and an ability to synthesise information Ability to work with various team members and balance competing deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and clear written communication Experience in process improvement and data visualisation (e.g., creating dashboards using Power BI) will be an advantage Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
