- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to manage and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in a client-facing team environment.

Turner & Townsend is supporting a major energy program delivering complex offshore and deepwater developments. We are seeking a junior Cost Analyst to join our Houston team. This role will be embedded within a client-facing environment, working closely with project and engineering teams to support cost tracking, reporting, and analysis across a portfolio of offshore projects. This position is based in Houston, TX, with a hybrid working arrangement (approximately 3 days per week in the client office, located near Turner & Townsend's Houston office).
